Join Liz for a powerful 7-week course designed to guide you through the seven chakras. The body’s energy centres that influence your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Each week we will focus on one chakra, using gentle practices, meditation, sound healing, and guided reflection to bring awareness, release blockages, and restore balance. From grounding in the root to expanding into the crown, this journey invites you to connect deeply with yourself and align your energy on every level. Whether you are new to chakras or looking to deepen your practice, this course offers a safe, supportive space to explore your inner landscape and experience profound transformation. 🌙 Seven weeks, seven chakras, one beautiful journey back to wholeness.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All classes, workshops, and ceremonies must be booked in advance via our online booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space. Spaces are limited to maintain the quality and intimacy of our sessions — early booking is recommended. Cancellation Policy Classes (Yoga / Regular Sessions): Cancellations made 12 hours or more in advance will be credited to your account or rescheduled. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance are non-refundable. Workshops, Ceremonies, and Special Events: Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will be refunded or credited. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable unless we can fill your space from the waitlist. Waitlist Policy If a session is fully booked, you may join the waitlist through our booking system. If a space opens, waitlisted clients will be contacted automatically by email or text in the order they joined. You will have a limited window (typically 12–24 hours) to accept the space before it is offered to the next person. If you no longer wish to be on the waitlist, please remove yourself via your account.
