Service Description
This February, under the New Moon, we gather to mark a powerful energetic transition. The shift from the Year of the Snake to the Year of the Horse. If the Snake is about shedding old skins, slowing down, and listening deeply… the Horse is about movement, freedom, confidence, and stepping forward with heart. This ceremony is a ritual journey, not a class and definitely not a performance. We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, followed by a gentle written release ritual, where you’ll be invited to reflect on what you’re ready to let go of as the old cycle completes. From there, we move into sensual, intuitive movement, allowing the body to explore the transition from Snake energy. Slow, grounded, and inward, into Horse energy which is expansive, expressive, and free (no choreography, no pressure, no mirrors judging you 😄). The evening then softens into a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra, accompanied by sound healing, allowing the nervous system and subconscious to integrate the shift safely and gently. To close, you’ll receive: ✨ A grounding crystal to anchor your intention ✨ A small cacao brownie with nuts to bring you fully back into your body No experience is needed. Everything is optional. You are always welcome to rest, move, or simply be.

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment All masterclasses must be booked and paid in advance to secure a place. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. A booking is confirmed once full payment has been received. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another event. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, as spaces are limited and preparation is involved. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person with prior notice. Studio Cancellations In the unlikely event that the masterclass is cancelled by Veena & The Moon, a full refund or transfer will be offered. Membership Bookings This masterclass is included for Moon & Restore Members, however advance booking is required. Membership places are limited and subject to availability. Health & Wellbeing Please inform the teacher of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before the session. All practices are optional and participants are encouraged to listen to their body and rest whenever needed. Arrival & Late Entry Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time to settle. Late entry may not be possible once the session has started, in order to maintain a calm and contained space. Recording & Materials This masterclass is an in-person experience and will not be recorded. Printed handouts are included and for personal use only. Respectful Space Veena & The Moon is a safe, respectful, and inclusive space. Disruptive behaviour or disrespect towards others will not be tolerated.
