Workshop Overview: The Kintsugi Heart Healing Workshop is a transformative healing experience designed to support emotional, physical, and energetic restoration. Through a combination of guided practices, energy work, and body-centered techniques, participants will explore how trauma affects the body, nervous system, brain, and heart, and learn practical methods to restore balance and resilience. What You Will Experience: * Energy Transmission (Reiki): Gentle energy work to support emotional release and heart-centred healing. * Understanding Trauma: How past experiences impact the brain, nervous system, and heart as a physical and energetic organ. * Self-Rewiring Techniques: Breathwork, mudras, and other practices to help calm, balance, and rewire your nervous system. * Polyvagal Reset Exercises: Tools to regulate the nervous system and cultivate a sense of safety and connection. * Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Perspective: Insights into heart health, emotional balance, and self-care practices. * Acupressure for Self-Massage: Practical guidance on key points to support heart energy, reduce stress, and restore vitality. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All classes, workshops, and ceremonies must be booked in advance via our online booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space. Spaces are limited to maintain the quality and intimacy of our sessions — early booking is recommended. Cancellation Policy Classes (Yoga / Regular Sessions): Cancellations made 12 hours or more in advance will be credited to your account or rescheduled. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance are non-refundable. Workshops, Ceremonies, and Special Events: Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will be refunded or credited. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable unless we can fill your space from the waitlist. Waitlist Policy If a session is fully booked, you may join the waitlist through our booking system. If a space opens, waitlisted clients will be contacted automatically by email or text in the order they joined. You will have a limited window (typically 12–24 hours) to accept the space before it is offered to the next person. If you no longer wish to be on the waitlist, please remove yourself via your account.
