The Sound of Stillness (432 Hz) is a grounding and heart-opening Hatha Yoga experience where movement meets live music. Bathed in sound tuned to the Earth’s natural frequency of 432 Hz, you’ll be guided through a gentle flow that restores balance and calm to body and mind. The session is accompanied by live, intuitive music played on a variety of instruments such as guitar, quena, charango, tiple, crystal bowls, and koshi bells. Creating a serene soundscape that resonates deeply through every breath and movement. This practice invites you to slow down, listen inwardly, and let vibration and stillness bring you back to harmony.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and magical experience for everyone, please read our simple booking policy below: ✨ Booking Required All Tarot–Tea–Treat Tuesday sessions must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are welcome if a slot is free, but bookings take priority. ✨ Payment Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. We accept online payments or in-studio payments prior to the appointment. ✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Missed appointments (no-shows) are also non-refundable. ✨ Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you are late, your session may be shortened so the next booking can start on time. Unfortunately, we cannot extend sessions beyond the scheduled time. ✨ Transfers If you cannot attend, you may gift or transfer your booking to someone else. Please notify us so we can update the booking. ✨ Comfort & Allergies Our treats may contain common allergens. Please notify us of any dietary needs when booking.
