Classes at Veena & The Moon 

Welcome to a space where movement meets intuition,  and where your body gets an actual say in what’s going on.

We offer a wide range of yoga and movement classes for all levels and abilities. From hot restorative sessions that feel like a deep exhale, through gentle Hatha, classic Hatha, and into flowing, energising practices , there’s something here whether you’re brand new, beautifully stiff, or already floating through life in leggings.

You’ll also find Pilates to build strength and stability, plus sound baths and meditation for the days when lying down and being guided feels like the most spiritual choice available 

The most important rule here?
Listen to your body.
Not your ego. Not the person on the mat next to you. Not what you think you should be doing.

Some days your body wants heat and movement.
Some days it wants slow, gentle, and quiet.
Both are yoga. Both are valid.

Our classes are about feeling, not performing. About showing up as you are. Tight hips, busy mind, big feelings and all,  and leaving a little more grounded, empowered, and connected than when you arrived.

Move. Rest. Breathe. Repeat.
Your body knows the way.
