Our Healing Room is a small, intimate, and beautifully cosy space, designed to support calm, connection, and deep relaxation. Warm and welcoming, the room is equipped with a comfortable massage bed, stool, and heater to ensure a soothing environment for both practitioner and client. A handcrafted mural adds a unique, nurturing energy to the space, creating a peaceful atmosphere ideal for one-to-one sessions. This versatile room is perfect for a wide range of practices, including: Massage therapy Reiki & energy healing Reflexology Tarot & intuitive readings Counselling & coaching Additional tables and chairs are available upon request, allowing you to adapt the space to suit your needs. Whether you’re offering hands-on treatments or holding gentle, seated sessions, the Healing Room provides a safe, warm, and tranquil setting for your work.
Cancellation Policy
🌿 Healing Room Hire – Terms & Conditions ⏰ Booking & Time Allocation Room hire is charged at £12 per hour. Each 1-hour booking includes an additional 30 minutes free: 15 minutes before (setup) 15 minutes after (pack down) Total access time: 1 hour 30 minutes per booking. Please respect your allocated time and ensure the room is vacated promptly. 🧘 Room Use & Equipment The room includes: Foldable massage table (suitable for massage, reiki, reflexology, etc.) Stool Tables and chairs (available upon request) Equipment must be handled with care and returned to its original place after use. 🕯️ Cleanliness & Care The room must be left clean, tidy, and in the same condition as found. Please avoid spilling oils or products. If using essential oils, candles, or other substances, ensure: No damage or staining occurs Any spills are cleaned immediately 🧑⚕️ Client Preparation If you require additional time for consultations or assessments, you may: Request early access (subject to availability), or Use the upstairs studio (if free) Please communicate this in advance where possible. 💳 Payment & Pricing Payment is required to secure your booking. Bookings are charged per time slot. 🔁 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy More than 24 hours’ notice: You may reschedule your booking A credit note will be issued (no refunds) Less than 24 hours’ notice: Full payment is retained No reschedule or refund available We do not offer monetary refunds, only credit transfers where applicable. 🤝 Respectful Use This is a shared wellness space so please: Respect the energy, cleanliness, and atmosphere Be mindful of noise levels Treat the space and others with care ⚠️ Liability Practitioners are responsible for: Their own clients Their insurance and qualifications The studio is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during sessions. 💫 Final Note We aim to create a peaceful, supportive environment for all practitioners and clients.
