🌙 One Year Under the Moon – Treatment & Healing Sessions Policy Thank you for joining us for our One Year Under the Moon celebration. We can't wait to welcome you for a day of relaxation, healing and connection. Booking All treatments and healing sessions must be booked in advance. Full payment is required to secure your appointment. Appointments are available on a first come, first served basis. Important Health Information As these are event appointments, we won't have time to complete a full consultation before your session. Please include any important health information in the comments section when booking, including (where applicable): Pregnancy High or low blood pressure Epilepsy Recent surgery or injuries Cancer or ongoing medical treatment Heart conditions Skin conditions, infections or contagious illnesses Allergies (especially to oils or essential oils) Recent fractures or acute inflammation Any other medical condition or medication that may affect your treatment If you're unsure whether a treatment is suitable for you, please contact us before booking. Indian Head Massage This treatment includes massage of the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. Please: Wear comfortable clothing. Remove earrings, necklaces and hair accessories if possible. Arrive with clean, dry hair if possible. Be aware that massage oil may be used, so your hair may feel slightly oily afterwards. Reflexology Please let us know if you have: Recent foot or ankle injuries Athlete's foot or fungal infections Open wounds or blisters Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) Severe circulatory conditions Pregnancy (so we can adapt the treatment if appropriate) Reiki & Tarot Reiki and Tarot are complementary wellbeing experiences intended to support relaxation, reflection and personal growth. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Arrival Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrival may result in a shorter session to avoid delaying other guests. Cancellation As this is a special anniversary event, all bookings are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your booking to someone else. Please let us know in advance.
